At UCT Table Tennis Club, we believe in fostering a supportive and inclusive environment. Our members range from those who have never picked up a paddle to competitive players who have represented UCT in various tournaments. No matter your skill level, you’ll find a welcoming space to learn, play, and grow.

  • League and Intervarsity Competitions: Participate in league matches and intervarsity competitions, showcasing your talent ,even against other universities.
  • Big University Sports Tournament: Join us in the Big University Sports Tournament, where we compete against other South African universities.
  • Social Events: Join us for social events and make lasting friendships.
  • Stress Relief: Enjoy a fun and engaging way to make university life a bit less stressful.

How to Join?

  • Sign Up: Visit our sign-up page on PeopleSoft using code “TTC” (Table Tennis Club) We accommodate all student and staff and even external members
  • ‘R500’, will get you a membership for the whole year as a uct student/staff member  ,we also provide the training  venue, and any equipment needed.
  • Practice Sessions: Held every Wednesday and Friday afternoons in the Sports Centre Hall 2.
