Annual Highlights:

University Sports South Africa (USSA) Golf Championships

The UCT Golf Club proudly represents the university at the annual USSA Golf Championships, where university teams from across the country compete at some of South Africa’s finest courses. This event is a fantastic opportunity to showcase talent, refine competitive skills, and bring glory to UCT.

UCT Golf Club Championship

One of the highlights of the year, the UCT Golf Club Championship is a much-anticipated event where members compete for bragging rights against one another. This annual event is the calendar event for all UCT Golf Club members and consists of 2 rounds to battle it out for the championship.

Social Rounds

The UCT Golf Club hosts five social rounds each year at some of Cape Town’s most picturesque golf courses, including the renowned De Zalze in Stellenbosch. These rounds are designed to bring members together in a relaxed, enjoyable setting where they can share their love for the game, improve their skills, and build connections outside of competitive play.

Fees:

  • Annual Membership Fee: R1500
    • Includes:
      • 5x Free Rounds
      • 5x Social Rounds [subject to sign-up]
      • 2x Club Championship rounds [subject to sign-up]
      • Range Day
