It’s day two of the 2024 USSA Track & Field Champs at Stellenbosch University. Some athletes have managed to cruise through the heats yesterday without breaking a sweat while some fought hard to advance to the semi-finals.

There is more action coming today as we are expecting the Men’s and Women’s 400m finals.

Today, our athletes (UCT) are scheduled to compete in the 110m hurdles – Decathlon, Long Jump-heptathlon, Discus-Decathlon, 200m heats, 400m Hurdles, Polevault-Decathlon, 800m heats, Javelin-Heptathlon, Javelin-Decathlon, Javelin, 800m heptathlon and 1500m decathlon.
